Mr. Mahdi Al-Juboori began his long career in the year 1953 at the Iraqi Ministry of Justice and continued there until he was retired in 1983 as a judge of the first class. After his retirement, he began practicing his own professional work in legal advice through his extensive experience in personal status law, criminal law and insurance company law. He has great knowledge in all legal activities that came as a result of his long, deep and varied judicial experience in the Iraqi judiciary.

Ahmed al Juboori became a licensed Auditor in 1999. Before that for three years he worked for renowned international auditors working in Iraq where Ahmed al Juboori compiled recognized experience in monitoring and auditing the accounts of a diverse group of ventures such as banks, not-for-profit civil society organizations, insurance and general contracts companies and more. In 1999 Ahmed al Juboori started his own business that achieved noticeable growth in the growing accounting market in Iraq. He won the trust and business of a large number of Clients whose ventures were diverse. In 2010 al Juboori established his company Ahmed al Juboori & Co. Ahmed al Juboori is Member of the Board of ASCA that was founded in London in 1983. The ASCA is considered to be the official side authorized by the International Union of Accountants to supervise the translation of its publications such as International Rules for Financial Reports and its annual updates, and International Rules for Small and Medium Projects, and International Rules for Auditing, and others. Since the year 2000, the ASCA has translated more than 50 publications that support development of the profession in Iraq and other Arab countries. Because Iraq is beset with high risks in corruption, Ahmed al Juboori joined the American Anti-Corruption Society with the aim of gaining state-of-the-art knowledge in order to build professional capacity to combat corruption; methods that are used daily at his specialized company in Iraq.

Mr. Shehab Al-Hiti started his professional career in 1983 and worked in several governmental institutions in his field for a period of 25 years. Mr. Shehab Al-Hiti obtained a license to practice the profession from the Board of Auditing and Auditing Profession in 2004 to provide account auditing services.
